1 Register on the CMS Portal
(Click on the register button and fill in the required details)

2 Log in with your credentials
(Click on the login button, enter your email and password, and verify your email and mobile number during login)

3 Fill out the Grievance Register Form
(Select the problem category and provide the necessary details)

4 Track the Resolution Progress
(Click on Track Complaint and enter your ticket number)
